When Network sharing is enabled, it has conflicts with VPN connections.

Connected the card to the computer, installed new driver (Intel 15.1 cd),
Device managers automatic search on the internet for drivers also works 0_o !!
Card is being detected and gives no errors, connected to the network it does not get an IP form the DHCP server.
Disabled the connection, re-enabled connection and device manager gives the following message:
Error message “This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system. (Code 12)” (source: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310123 )
Device manager does not show any other conflicts.
Updated the BIOS (0809), no changes. Video output flickers heavily, conflict between the hardware.
In the BIOS, changed the video Aperture size to 32Mb and the onboard video memory to 32Mb.
Somehow Outlook 2007 kept asking for a password for the external domain name.
